Course summary

“The study of geography is about more than just memorizing places on a map. It's about understanding the complexity of our world, appreciating the diversity of cultures that exists across continents. And in the end, it's about using all that knowledge to help bridge divides and bring people together. “ Barack Obama A Level Geography provides students with a dynamic, contemporary and exciting opportunity to engage with the world around them. At UAH we hope to inspire a love of geography for lifelong learning, drawing on issues that are relevant to a student’s own learning of the subject in a variety of contexts. We follow the OCR Geography specification and it has been designed to strengthen geographical and fieldwork skills gained at GCSE and delve more deeply into content.
