Photographs change the way we see the world. As our ability to record has become less technically difficult, more and more people have taken advantage of it. Many more photographs are being produced. Stripped of its technical complexities, the ‘art’ of photography has become increasingly important; photography is as much about seeing and thinking, as it is about content.
