
Music Performance and Production is an innovative, creative and practical course which helps you achieve your best and develop your creative practice, in an assisted and well-equipped environment. You will cover a wide variety of modules concerning everything from song writing and music business to remixing and live sound, with lots of opportunities to showcase and receive feedback upon your original creative work. Overall, the course provides a well-structured and credible, but fun, way to collaborate and realise creative ideas and projects.
As a minimum, you will need (or equivalent to); GCSE Mathematics grade 4 GCSE English Language or Literature grade 4 plus three more GCSEs at grade 4 You will also need to have musical ability (ability to sing/play an instrument), or knowledge of Music software
This course is assessed through practical portfolio work and research projects. You will write, record and produce music with a choice of getting assessed on your production, or performance skills.
