Geography combines a unique blend of human and physical modules to educate you on global situations. It uses past and current world events and fascinating case studies to enrich your learning. This course includes lots of fieldtrip opportunities and it is assessed using course work and exams. The coursework allows you to research a geographical topic that you are interested in. Geography will provide an all-round knowledge of the world and provides a range of future opportunities.
As a minimum, you will need (or equivalent to); GCSE Mathematics grade 4 GCSE English Language or Literature grade 4 plus three more GCSEs at grade 4.
The course is assessed by coursework (worth 20%) and three exams (worth 80%).
