A Level Component 1: Scientific Principles of Physical Education movement analysis. Biomechanics is embedded within the content of Topics 1 and 2.Written examination: 2 hours and 30 minutes. Component 2: Psychological and Social Principles of Physical Education Written examination: 2 hours. Component 3: Practical Performance Non-examined assessment: internally assessed, externally moderated. Component 4: Performance Analysis and Performance Development Programme Non-examined assessment: internally assessed, externally moderated.
