With 5-v-5 (indoor) or 7-v-7 (outdoor) games, Ultimate is home to a wide array of players ranging from different skill levels. It is Olympically-recognised and has international competitions, as well as professional leagues like the ‘American Ultimate Disc League’. This enrichment will cover the basic rules and techniques utilised in Ultimate, as well as delving into the deeper, more technical elements that drastically improve the way you play.
