The STEM enrichment is an opportunity for students to further develop their skills and passion for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. Students will work towards achieving the gold CREST award alongside exciting trips and visits. CREST is the British Science Association’s scheme for STEM project work that inspires young people to think and behave like scientists and engineers. This is an independent project highly regarded by Universities and Employers in STEM subjects. It will give students the chance to explore areas of STEM that are not on the specifications of their subjects. At points within your project there will be opportunities to gain support from academics at Sheffield University’s Engineering department.
