The course is split into two parts: Part One: from Civil War to World War, 1865-1920 Part Two: crises and the rise of World Power, 1920-1975 Component 2S - The Making of Modern Britain, 1951-2007 This course is split into two parts: Part One: building a new Britain, 1951-1979 Part Two: Modern Britain, 1979-2007 Non-Examined Assessment: This is a personal study based on Tsarist Russia in the form of an essay covering 100 years. Where could this qualification take you? A Level History allows a wide range of options for degree study, such as History, Law, English and Philosophy. It is also suited to further employment in social work, publishing, museums and art galleries.
