A Level Biology

Course summary

All students will be given the opportunity to carry out a wide range of investigative work including guidance in using advanced level laboratory techniques (e.g. culturing bacteria using aseptic techniques). You will be involved in discussions, practical investigations and exercises to ensure that you are well prepared for your examinations. There is no coursework on this course. However, your performance during practical work will be assessed.
