Course summary
The A Level biology course is designed for students who have enthusiasm for the subject as well as those students who have a desire to continue their studies of biology in further education or through following a biology related career. Students who wish to study A Level will need to demonstrate an excellent work ethic and the ability to study independently to help support their studies. Like all the science subjects, A Level biology is a hugely well respected qualification by employers, colleges and universities. Studying biology at A Level will enable you to consider careers such as medicine, physiotherapy, sports science, environmental science, veterinary science and many others.
