This course is equivalent to 1 A Level and will be studied alongside 2 additional A Level (or equivalent) subjects. The Extended Certificate in Business is an ideal course for those who wish to continue their education through applied learning and who aim to progress to higher education and ultimately to employment in the business sector. There is a high percentage of internally assessed coursework, which may appeal to students who prefer a more continuous approach to assessment. The external assessments may be in the form of a written examination, but may also be a set task which is completed during a defined window.
