A level Dance is a good preparation for many future paths, not just as a dancer or work in the performing arts. Previous students have gone on to many areas of study and different careers including History and Child development, business and Science. Some of those that have gone on to study dance or performing arts have travelled the world performing or even own their own theatre school. We expect our A level students to show independent learning skills and take responsibility for their work. Opportunities for extra curricular work have included performances at Open Evening, leading sessions for our KS3 dance group and assisting in GCSE and lower school lessons.
