Course summary

In year 1 students cover the core units of Psychology: Social, Memory, Research methods, Attachment and approaches in Psychology. In year 2 students delve deeper into Psychology and study the following units: Issues and debates, Schizophrenia, Gender and Biopsychology. Students will be expected to conduct their own research and write up reports, investigate theories and as well as take part in debates. You will be assessed at the start of every lesson on previous knowledge. Entry requirements

Grade 6-5in both sciences All students need to have at least 5 GCSEs at 9 to 5 including English at Grade 5 AND Maths at a level 4 (includes Level 2 Vocational at Merit or Distinction)
